The Savai Hotel is in a great location. We picked it since it’s about 15 minutes to Starlight Theater. The area is very safe and close to a number of restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the price is reasonable. Others mentioned a musty smell, but unless you are very scent sensitive, it’s not strong. I didn’t notice it after being in the room for a few minutes. I would stay there again. The front desk people were friendly and check in was quick. It was a good price for a good night’s sleep!

The a/c worked well. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The hairdryer didn’t work, it was dirty. The whole room could use a deep clean.. The carpet was very dirty. My feet looked like I walked in the dirt an hour after my shower. I took a wet washcloth to clean them again so i could put my shoes and socks on.

Bedshet was not changed when I entered the room for staying 1st out of 4 nights, but the hotel changed the room. The room was also not clean, and the previous guest trimmed the nail I found on the floor.

This is a quiet hotel off of the main road, easy access from Metcalf rd. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

It is a good hotel. I liked the location, building and amenities. It is in a safe and quiet place, and the staff just make it easier to feel that way. The room I took had a king bed, tv, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ironing table, iron, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner etc.. all you need (also AC). My only concern is the humidity smell. The room had that smell all around, I DID NOT see any mold, but just the smell made me worry about it. Other than is is definitely a good place to stay.

The room was good besides the refrigerator in the room was disgusting, had mold all over the inside and the smell was awful, the toilet kept making a noise, and when my daughter and I went to the pool and then were getting ready to leave the pool we couldn’t use our key card to get back into the side door. So we had to walk around to the front lobby to get back to our room.

Will not stay at this hotel again.
The front desk Clerk was very rude. Even though we had prepaid through Hotels. com and there was no extra charge for 2 children, she kept insisting that there was a charge. The shower in one of our rooms would not shut off and maintenance has to be called to fix it . There were holes in the curtains and a large stain on the bedspread.

Pictures on site are not accurate
The room was dated. The shower was so strong that the water blew out the back end of the tub and got the floor entirely wet so it was a little dangerous when you got out of the shower. The same with the sink you turn the water on and it splashed your clothes. The beds were not comfortable and the whole hotel had a weird smell to it. There was not enough towels in the room nor washcloths the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers did not work. I would say it was a “meh” experience.
