Overgaard is a small community in the White Mountain region of Northeast Arizona, with an abundance of recreational opportunities. The region is home to more than 50 lakes, hiking, fishing, hunting, off-roading and skiing in the winter. Make our cabin your destination to enjoy all that the White Mountain region has to offer!

Nice little get away in a quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It’s a very clean/cute cabin. Quiet clean neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the wild horses in the state land across the street. The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to bring us fishing poles to use when we inquired about purchasing some nearby. They also supplied all the stuff needed for s’mores which our kids were so excited about. They were very accommodating and sweet!

Peaceful Retreat
It was very clean - one of the best we have stayed in. The cabin is in a great location on the corner - with a wide view of the surrounding area. There is a large well-groomed area outside of the cabin on the property with a lovely fire pit area - stargazing at night is a real plus from this spot. There are many Ponderosa Pines on the property - what we visit the Rim to see! The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything needed, the appliances new and a grill outside - which we didn't use. The pet-friendly touches (front screen door with double hooks in and outside the front door) and the large front porch made it a very happy place for our golden-doodle, Penelope - who seemed to enjoy herself a great deal. Having stayed in Bison Ranch in another cabin, our stay here was much more enjoyable with the location, cleanliness and every little detail in excellent order. Thanks for a great getaway from the Valley of the Sun and the recent remodeling of the cabin was wonderfully done!

Flawless
My family and I hate to give the property 5 stars, it really deserves 10 or better. To show you how great the property is here’s a list of the issues we found: 1) The squeegee for the MBR shower was under the sink - instead of in the shower. 2) Certain members of our party were disappointed there weren’t any squirrels to bark at. Our thanks to the owners for a great stay in a wonderful property!!!!

Great for our little family!
We loved our stay! Mark & Lesley were easy to get ahold of, check in was simple and checkout was so easy too! The property was just what we needed for our little family. From sound machines, extra fans, and all the great kitchen appliances our stay felt like a piece of home. Next time we want to go when there aren’t fire restrictions to try the fire pit! Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful Cabin
The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is as described and clean. The kids loved the tire swing on property, the board games, the community playground and retention pond, and observing the wild horses from the front deck. The location is ideal for the H/O area. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Cabin in the Pines
This cabin was amazing, the VRBO listing, and photos are very representative of the cabin. We had a very restful vacation in the pines in this cabin, which has some impressive upgrades throughout, which made our stay very comfortable. All rooms in this cabin have great furnishings! We were able to sit on the front porch and see some wild horses on some land just outside the subdivision, and this area is very good for walks throughout the day. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and an impressive kitchen knife set! The hosts, Mark and Leslie were very responsive, and kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we need for our vacation. We would definitely stay at the cabin again and would highly recommend this cabin in the pines!

Cute cabin
Cabin was very cute and worked well for our family of 4. Had everything we needed, and the owners are extremely responsive and brought over 1 missing item. Can walk to the park and have a fire outside. Great stay!
