Our room was on the 2nd floor, and when our toilet overflowed, we were told that all the toilets on the 2nd floor were the same and would be replaced. All floors above the 2nd floor have been renovated. We moved to 3rd floor and the shower only has a partial glass door which means water all over the floor when showering. The mirror steams up because the vent doesn’t work. Plus there’s only one light in the bathroom which is connected to the vent hence noisy. On the plus side, the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Can only connect one laptop to the wi fi. Called front desk but no help. Very inconvenient as trying to arrange weekend plans on this visit. Previous stay in PA, we were not informed hotel under renovation and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stair. Poor communication! Very disappointed in these stays. Will hesitate future stays.

The hotel offers convenient parking and a complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated. However, during my stay, I experienced a disturbing incident late at night where the guest in the adjoining room tried to open the connecting door, shaking it quite aggressively. It felt as though they were confused and attempting to enter my room, which was unsettling. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The facilities are excellent , and free breakfast was good enough for us.We could do laundry at a cheap rate . What we didn’t like was accessibility to downtown.
