The property was neat and clean, staff was exceptional, the location was right within walking distance of everything. The kitchens and the rooms were stocked with everything you needed, & there is a laundry facility on site. There are also good restaurants close by, and a market next door.

Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was so helpful advising where to park. Rooms were great with space for 3 people with no problems. Breakfast was basic but this was expected so no issues. Overall a great stay in Ottawa
