Staff and location are wonderful, rooms could have had a few more basic amenities (clean cutlery, cup/glass for water/non- coffee beverages). Couldn’t have a the desk light on while making coffee but overall, a comfortable stay.

It was a nice stay. My only complaint would be that if wasn't cleaned very well before our stay. food on the carpet and crumbs on two of the chairs in the sitting room. Makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly. Staff were very nice

Really nice large rooms with a beautiful balcony to get some fresh air. Really liked the kitchen in the room. Gym had the right equipment just wish there was drinking water in there.

Stayed 2 nights- 2 adults and a 16 y.o Clean, helpful staff ( we asked for more towels/blankets and they were delivered promptly) Gym was small, but had Peloton bike, treadmill, step machine, weighs and sauna- All in clean condition. Room had King bed and pull out couch- roomy bed for 2 adults. I didnt sleep on pull out couch but my teen reported it was comfortable. Lots of closet space, TV in room was good size with a lot of channel options. We didn’t use kitchen, but fridge was full size and allowed room for snacks & small meals. Pots, cutlery, dishes, cups, wine glasses were available, along with dish soap (no sponge) We were walking distance (20 min) from Parliment Hill, Byward market, UOttawa and several other attractions. Lots of restaurant and coffee shops to choose from in area. Stand up shower roomy, soap/body wash, blowdryer provided. Only thing I will didnt like room vents were dusty, something to think about if AC/Furnace is on, as I have respiratory issues. 1 more thing, please note: It is breakfast AVAILABLE NOT breakfast PROVIDED. There is a restaurant on premises, open late and has available takeout. Overall an enjoyable stay
