Nothing for VIP status. No room upgrade. I was informed the hotel manager was hosting one of their friends weddings at the venue. They hosted their wedding dinner at the restaurant within the hotel with loud music and celebrations without booking the entire venue. We waited 45 minutes for food, two missed menu items and no drinks or cutlery for 30 minutes. Spa and pool were overflowing with wedding guests being loud and belligerent. Thanks to the wedding, i lost my parking spot at the hotel and staff advised me to “just park on the street, you shouldn't get a ticket”. Unprofessional, would not recommend.

Je n’ai pas aimé les draps dams le lit. Ils ne sont pas doux du tout. Ils sont rugueux. La douche était fantastique. La chambre très bien. Bruyant par contre en étant près de la porte d’arrivée du 2e. Le spa est très beau.

Il est très bien mais remarquons parfois de léger laisser aller dans l'entretien (fixation de crochets dans la salle-de-bain ou porte de garde-robe) auxquels ils devraient remédier avant que cela devienne un hôtel désuet. Si non, le service, le restaurant, le spa et le confort des chambres sont appréciés.

False representation of the room. Got stuck in the old section. Stinky hallway. Badly renovated room. Sink broken cut myself. Fan in bathroom dirty to a point it did not do anything.
