Idéal pour la famille. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et courtois. Même si nous sommes capables de parler l’anglais, il a été très facile de se faire comprendre et répondre en français. La chambre que nous avions (1103) avait toutes les commodités d’un petit studio. Grand réfrigérateur, four micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson double, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. Nous avions un lit King et divan lit pour les enfants. Check-in et Check-out en moins de 10 minutes avec tous les renseignements nécessaires. Stationnement à 25$ par nuit avec accès illimités sans service de valet. Bref je recommande cette hôtel pour une visite à Ottawa downtown.

Clean, Great location, helpful staff
We had stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean. There was a small kitchen corner providing basic cooking utensils. It's convenient to have a microwave in the room. Buffet breakfast was included and it's good for family with kids to start with a day. There was adequate parking lots and 4 of them provided EV charging. We like this hotel.
