We had taken our grandkids to Ottawa for a small getaway. There was a brochure on the table in the room about attractions in the area, we saw Funhaven. It said there was special package for guests, and to ask at the desk. I went to the front desk, they did not know what I was talking about. We ended up going anyway and the kids had a great time. We then decided to get pizza and go back to the hotel to watch a movie. Couldn't find it on the tv, so I went to the front desk enquiring how I go about renting a move, I was told they don't know how to work the TV. The other person at the desk said, well I have seen the charge on the bill so it must be there. So no help and no movie for our 8 & 10 year old grandkids. I will look at other hotels as we do stay quite often in Ottawa.
