Our stay was fantastic . The hotel is very clean and we were extremely happy. Room was super comfortable: bed 👌 Love the bathroom products . No need to bring your shampoo, conditioner, soap and hand cream. All provided. Breakfast included was very good . Highly recommend and the price was good .

Comfortable stay
The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was well stocked and there wes plenty of space to sit down. The only negative was the wifi. It was pretty much non existent. Luckily i could use my data. We had a nice city view, including the parliament buildings. Large window had nice sheer and dark shades. The location is a little unfortunate next to homeless/addiction shelters. But that’s why it’s a little bit cheaper than other downtown hotels.

Good experience. However, 1 elevator was broken and not aure if its rhe French architecture to blame but there are no stairs that lead up to the rooms from the lobby. One has to exit the building or go down to the parking lot and then ise the stairs to even get to the 2nd floor.

I always visit this hotel when visiting ottawa for work but it’s been 2 weeks that they have not repaired the second elevator and it creates delays with the guests . Also the tv remote control couldn’t not turn on the tv so I had to use the button on the tv and the socket in the bathroom did not work. They need to check out maintenance of the rooms. Apart from That all good , Nice staff good breakfast and convenient indoor parking

The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a holiday in. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very convenient location to where we needed to be and was easy to find. I liked the parking garage, considering there was alot of shady people hanging around across the street at the church. Other than that our family enjoyed our stay very much.
