We stay at this Hampton 3-4 times each year. The staff is so efficient and helpful, the breakfast staff is just great. Elaine and Hillary and everyone is so friendly and really put forth a nice breakfast. The common areas are very nice and the heated underground parking is very nice.

It’s definitely not the hotel’s fault, but there are a lot of insistent beggars at the light near the hotel. Apart from that, we’re only a few minutes away from Byward Market and Rideau, with great staff and facilities. The bath didn’t drain well, but the staff were glad for the comment and sent maintenance. We’ve been there twice already for weekend getaways and definitely will go back in the future!
