Great location and a superior hotel in comfort
A very comfortable hotel ideally situated for a visit to Ottawa, two mile walk to centre along the river and through parks. Room was very spacious with everything we needed. Quality of toiletries was superb. Bed very comfortable. Quiet location and staff very friendly. Breakfast room small but not too busy. Pool clean and good size, free to use towels appreciated. Gym had modern equipment and a good variety of free weights. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Convenient location for us, as my wife had an exam in the University of Ottawa. Staff were polite and quick to answer and accommodate our needs. Our checkout was extended till 1:30 pm on request. Parking and breakfast were included in the price, and the room was quiet, even though the hotel is situated in a busy area. Breakfast was fine, but could have included more options. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Excellent Hotel
Customer service very good, room very spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Hotel very quiet, you sleep in peace. Breakfast very simple and basic, they need to add more options. I was very happy with my stay
