Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the property was reasonably clean however the room amenities especially the bathroom was outdated and in need of remodelling . Musty odour in hallways and room which seem to stem from the carpeting.

Poor quality for price, but clean
Firstly our TV in our room had no cable and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it. My friend and I realized afterwards that it was because instead of paying for cable service, this hotel now just uses internet and their Roku account. So the TV did not have it set up and their front desk clerk and maintenance guy couldn't figure it out. They did offer us another room but we were already setup. Also not sure why all their rooms have their wallpaper peeling off the walls, it's so tacky for a room that is $200 a night.

The Security Guard in the lobby was the first sign. The screaming children and the tennant complaining about the toilet being plugged was the final straw

Nothing overly wrong with the hotel. I don’t know when hotels started not cleaning the rooms daily, I was there 2 nights and it wasn’t. The limited television was the worst part of it. Instead of a traditional cable option it was Roku TV which is terrible. Staff said I could find other cable channels but it meant surfing through dozens of channels with no guide. I’ll be looking somewhere else on my next trip.

Fine, but overpriced for the quality and issues
Overall look and feel of the hotel was fine. But the rooms had a lot of issues: chair couldn’t be sat on because it was broken, shower curtain couldn’t close properly, shower’s hot/cold indicators were backwards. And our cards kept getting demagnetized. For the price we paid (570$ CAD for 4 adults, 2 nights), I would never go back there.
