Room had hard vinyl plank flooring, couldn't turn off heating fan, hot water was not hot only luke warm. Had to leave $100.00 can. as a deposit, was told it would only be cancelled from my credit card after 3-5 days. (hotel must get short term interest from all the deposits by guests staying there, people aren't stupid) Onsight restaurant was not open for breakfast, very small limited café nearby. Check-in 4:00 pm but check-out 11:00 am. so basically 19 hour room rental.

There was a lot of commotion in the hallway off and on from 11:00 til 2-3 am. Someone was yelling at the kids in the hall and then it sounded like others came to discuss the threats every 30 min or so. As they entered or exited a door somewhere my door moved in the frame as if someone was trying to open it. Between that and then loud discussions outside my door I didn’t get a very good sleep and I checked out early. I I was not able to get a refund for the second night, but would appreciate some remuneration for this.

The hotel room was clean, clear and specious and you could find everything you want as hotel there. However, the breakfast was not great and the waiters reached came to our table immediately after finishing breakfast and give us the check before we ask them for it. They clearly waited us to leave the dining room impatiently while there are a lot of available tables for other guests.
