We felt welcome. The hotel is clean, the room spacious and well equipped with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was included in the price. We couldn’t ask for better location.

The Staff were always courteous and polite. Breakfast was excellently prepared for the Patrons and there was always a good assortment. Rooms are always kept extremely clean. I would assess the Adams Inn as a 4 accommodation and would recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in Ottawa. I will be heading back again in May for another stay.

No early check in option. Tv channels are limited and slow. The heat/AC is old and a bit noisy, the toilet tank stop plug required manual adjustment constantly. There was no desk or local directory. Bathroom was clean, bright with plenty of towels.

Small and functional for a one night stay. Not a big deal but it feels like it is run by a church; from religious messages in the sign out front to literature and music pumped thoroughout the hotel which is quite odd but innocuous.
