Je vous écris aujourd’hui afin de vous exprimer ma déception quand à la qualité de l’hôtel Sonara réservé sur votre site. Les prestations énoncées ne sont pas du tout au rendez vous. Piscine en travaux, chambre passable, extérieur de l’établissement sale, terrain de sport insalubre, climatisation absente, restaurant fermé. Tant de chose qui font que cet établissement n’aurait pas dû être présenté comme il l’est aujourd’hui sur votre site. Vous trouverez des photos à l’appuie de mes constatations. Nous étions parti pour passer une nuit reposante dans un environnement relaxant, il n’en n’est rien. Je vous prierai donc de bien vouloir me rembourser la nuit facturée. Je vous prie également de bien vouloir avertir vos clients que l’établissement ne correspond pas ni au descriptif, ni aux photos. Bien à vous

camera spartana ma carina, con piccolo cortile con stendino, tavolino con ombrellone e 4 sedie , tra i servizi già compresi c'è: - una spettacolare piscina, con tanto di bar a bordo vasca - servizio navetta per la spiaggia - ombrellone + 2 lettini in stabilimento attrezzatissimo inoltre la struttura è situata a soli 20 min da Otranto

Ottimo hotel al mare con il suo territorio
Nel sito di un altro motore di ricerca la posizione dell'Hotel era indicata a Otranto, quindi, dovendo stare a Otranto, ho dovuto fare ogni giorno 15 km ogni mattina ed ogni sera. Per fortuna, la strada era buona e senza traffico. La colazione e' buona, servizio e' efficiente, personale e' molto gentile. Ampio parcheggio interno. Non ho avuto, pero', tempo per vedere il territorio.

Salve, non sono per niente soddisfatto ho preso una grande fregatura... Ho effettuato una prenotazione online di piacere con la mia compagna in gravidanza, periodo 13 settembre al 28 settembre... Grandi dettagli online ma una volta arrivati sul posto ben altro... >Atterraggio all'aeroporto di Brindisi richiesta navetta per trasferimento hotel... niente navetta; >Online scritto Hotel Solara... Invece villaggio turistico; >Disponibilità dal 13 al 28 come prenotazione... Stagione chiusa dal 14 (non descritto nel sito) e di conseguenza tutti i servizi ristorazione, piscina, animazion, bar, ecc... >Distanza dal mare e dal centro 2km... Dispersi in mezzo alla pineta... >Nessuna descrizione di dover essere automuniti... La struttura è veramente stupenda peccato che non sì sono impegnati di aggiornare il sito. Meno male che ho conoscenze e ho rimediato al volo la mia vacanza altrimenti erano casini.
