とても清潔で建物自体とても綺麗です。 スタッフの方々も温かく、気遣いも笑顔も最高でした。 温泉ももちろん気持ちよく、いつでも好きなタイミングで入れることが嬉しいところです。

露天風呂は最高でした
高級感がありおもてなしは素晴らしいです。部屋と露天風呂は申し分なく、清潔感もありお洒落で良かったです。 スリッパ無しで歩く館内は畳が気持ちよく、とにかく内装が素敵で非日常を味わえます。 大浴場も空いていて貸切状態。高級感がありゆっくりと楽しめました。人とすれ違う事も無くプライベートが空間は保たれています。 ただお食事が期待していただけに残念でした。 特に夕食は普通です。お洒落感は無かったです あと高級ホテルなのに、木のテーブルにビニールのマットをかけているのがとても気になりました。

連泊して夕食締めの食事が稲庭うどんと穴子寿司。朝は銀鱈の西京焼き。全般的に地の食材に拘らないメニューでした。わざわざ北海道十勝まで行ったので地元の誇れる食材を期待するのが普通と思います。
