My only issue was that I was placed on a smoking room though I booked a non smoking one. The hotel was too booked to remedy the issue. Needless to say it made my stay less enjoyable than it would have. Even. The staff tried their best to help me out…they even gave me deodorizer spray. I blame the Orbitz side of the booking for my issue and not them…it’s clear you didn’t get the non smoking part of my booking sent their way.

お心遣いに感謝
部屋にある枕の高さが合わず、何か変わるものがあるか問い合わせしたところ、2種類の枕を用意してもらえ助かりました。 あえて言うなら、朝食の場所なのですが、他の東横インに比べ狭いかと思われました。一応、部屋に持って言ってもいいか確認したところ大丈夫だったので、そこのご案内があると良かったかもと思います。
