Designed for extended stays, our lodging at Creamery Meadows is not only economical but also efficient and well-appointed. With close proximity to SUNY Oswego, Novelis, Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Plant, and Oswego Hospital, our apartment is the perfect home away from home during your next business trip. Enjoy convenient access to City of Oswego shopping and eateries, with Walmart and grocery stores just minutes away.

This second-floor apartment combines style and economy, perfect for your business travels. The living room features a leather sofa with comfy throw pillows and a recliner for relaxing and watching our 50" smart tv. The fireplace is for decoration only.

The small but efficient kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal. It includes a full-size electric oven/stove, a full-size refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, a toaster, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker (bring your K-Cups), and basic cooking essentials. The wood table in the dining space accommodates two guests.

Just off the living room into two equally comfortable bedrooms. Each is furnished with a queen bed, complete with linens and throw pillows for a cozy night's sleep. A nightstand with a drawer and a tall dresser provides ample storage for your belongings. The open closet space, which can double as a desk area, offers flexibility to suit your needs.

For your convenience, a coin-less laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs at the back of the building. This facility is shared with the downstairs tenant, ensuring you have easy access to clean clothes during your stay.

This apartment is approximately half the nightly price of a hotel room, but you get more home comforts for less. Enjoy time on the attached outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms and a supplied window AC unit in the living room.

We provide Wifi. There's off-street parking in front of the apartment. We can accommodate two cars.

You are within a short drive distance to many local shopping spots and work locations. Walmart and Price Chopper for grocery items is approximately 3 miles away. The apartment is less than ten minutes’ drive to Lake Ontario and lots of local restaurants. SUNY Oswego and Wright’s Landing marina are 5 miles away. The Oswego Speedway is 3 miles from this location. Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station is 5 miles away. This location is close to everything but has a rural feel.

You walk up the stairs pictured (20steps) to the apartment door and the entire apartment is for you. There is a downstairs tenant that shares laundry facilities only. The apartment pictured is not shared.

Drive up a long paved and gravel drive to the apartment (next to Creamery Meadows sign). Parking is in front of the apartment, off the main road. When looking at the property, park on the right side of the driveway. I can accommodate two cars.

We supply the following: bath towels, bed linens/quilts/pillows, a couple of rolls of TP and a roll of paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap for your stay.

We have a smart tv. You may sign in to your own streaming services, please remember to sign out. No live tv provided.

While we strive to offer affordable accommodations, we also want to be transparent about what we don't provide. We don't supply body soap, shampoo, conditioner, food, condiments, cooking oils, or laundry detergent/fabric softener. This is part of our commitment to offering value, and we believe it's a fair trade-off for the price you pay.

We are located in a rural setting in Oswego, NY. Please note that being in an apartment, there might be some expected noise. This is an upper apartment. The downstairs tenant smokes outside only. We don't allow smoking inside. The tenant owns a dog. If using our laundry, please remove clothes when done, as it is shared with the tenant.
