We are so thrilled to read that you had such a great stay with us, and escpecially appreciated the location, the cleanliness and the overall service provided by the team members. I will make sure to pass it on. This proves that we are on the right path in exceeding our guests' expectations. Usually we do indeed replenish the room amenities, so we would like to apologize for this.
