Nice place in Oslo Center
We had a fantastic stay in Oslo, and I can't recommend this apartment enough! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you need, and within walking distance from Oslo S (Oslo Central Station). Getting to the apartment from the airport was a breeze. Just download the Ruter app, take a 20-minute ride from the airport to Oslo S (approx. £24.00 for a family of four), and you’re practically there. The apartment itself was wonderful—well-decorated, very cozy, and spotlessly clean. It comfortably accommodated our family of four (2 adults and 2 children), with a great shower and plenty of space. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the team was always supportive and quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall, the price was excellent for what was offered. If you're looking for a place to stay in Oslo, don’t waste your time searching for hotels or other accommodations. This apartment is a gem, and we’re so glad we chose it. I wish I had received this kind of honest advice before—would have made the decision much easier! Thanks to Bob and the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Husband cut his leg on the broken bed frame of the pull out couch. Property denied knowing of the issue even though their tape had been used to fixed other broken parts of the bed. We asked for compensation but they felt a beer and letting us know where the first aid kit was enough. Wife had a lengthy conversation with the manager and felt guilted into a minor amount of compensation, one she continuously said we were lucky to get. Husband called back and the manager completely changed her tone saying that the cut wasn’t even that bad and we were making this into a big deal. Worst part was, the height that the broken frame was at was eye level to our 10 month old son who had been crawling around and pulling himself up on the bed frame. Manager was unsympathetic to the potential and danger this posed to both our children. We also found magnets on the ground which are also extremely dangerous safety hazards to our children. Not impressed with this facilities way of handling dangerous situations for their guests and families. We will never be staying at a Bob W. facility ever again.

Tiny rooms, oddly with photos of former guests posted. Why? No staff whatsoever. if your phone is out of charge you can't access front door or room. Frustrating as I was locked out of my room at 8 am my last day, not 11 at check out. Really, a marginal choice that I cannot recommend.

Very small. No maid service. But can get fresh towels. Only one tiny garbage can with a lid. No kleenex box. Weird window that opens to an alleyway with no screen. Very hot rooms with no a/c just two table fans. Very good service and easy way to enter. Service was great excellent and all my questions were answered kindly and friendly.
