Terrible. No staff not even one member of staff reception unattended rooms not cleaned or tidied . No teacups and on a couple of days the buffet was empty and no one to top it up

dissapointing in the essential areas.
I had to Call to get in. Room was not very clean ( I did have a dog room but still..) breakfast area was not well taken care of, and even though we told personnel present that juice had leaked on ALL breakfast bags, the did nothing. Actually we tried to fix it ourselves for the other guests.

Veldig enkel standard!
Kom til en låst dør da vi ankom hotellet, bare en lapp i vinduet som fortalte at dette var et ubetjent hotell. Dette var ikke tydelig nok opplyst ved bestilling. På lappen var det oppgitt et telefonnummer man kunne ringe til. Vi forsøkte å ringe i en time før vi fikk svar. Da løste det seg tilslutt med en kode for å komme inn på hotellet, der nøkkelen til rommet lå klart i resepsjonen. Rommet var på bakkeplan rett ut mot parkeringen og eneste lufte mulighet var en altandør. Ikke noe god løsning, da det var veldig varmt på rommet og man ikke ønsker å sove med en dør på vidt gap. Pluss for at det er et rolig område uten noe støy. Rommet var veldig slitt og innredningen den samme. Dårlig renhold. Badet virket derimot nyoppusset og var av god standard. Frokosten var lavmål - hardkokt egg som var grønne, et meget tynt utvalg av pålegg og tørt brød.
