Check in and check out was easy, room was a king suite. Very unclean. Stains on everything (bed sheets, couch, lamp shades), straight duvet no cover, black floating in the shower on the ledges

Duck tape used to hold up the wall outside out door. Toilet seat was repaired (unsuccessfully) instead of replaced. Wood floors make everything very noisy. Breakfast had lots of stale bread products. Appeared lots of homeless people living there.... many came down in their PJs for breakfast. Felt like I was in a homeless shelter.

The staff is great especially the receptionist who checked us in Nov 25 th 2024 night very helpful and courteous. sorry forgot the name. Breakfast was okay. I'm easy going and will get by with little but i felt the pillows and bed hard. i was in room 220 and there was noise coming from a machine ( like heating or soothing) coming from the same or an adjacent room that lasted for a while.

For $280/ night, doors that work properly would be nice. Both bathroom and room door didn't close properly. Also, breakfast would've been a nice, especially since it was offered as part of the rental. I had to start work at 7, but breakfast didn't start until 7. They finally put out the coffee stations at 6, which would've been ok had I been out in minus 25 degree weather, but the coffee temp coming out of the carafe, was the same temp as it gets, when it's been sitting in mug for 25 or 30mins. I will never be there on a weekend again, and I probably won't recommend it to anyone I know.

We picked this place hoping it would be the 1 near the Ajax GO station to go to the Taylor Swift concert in Toronto, but our stay started with a bit of I forgot that you existed when we arrived—well past check-in time—only to find staff still in our room. Thankfully, Raj at the front desk gave us a clean start by quickly moving us to a new room that was all set for us. The morning, however, had a bit of bad blood as we were woken at 9 a.m.—not by a knock, but by loud conversations right outside. If you’re just looking for a basic place to stay, this spot works, but don’t blame me if it doesn’t meet all your wildest dreams.

Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The first room we had the dead bolt in the door was broken, the room was filthy, paint was peeling off the walls, the towels literally had spots on them, the ceiling fan was being held up with tape and was disgusting. There was mold throughout the bathroom. Switched to a different room, and when we woke up and hit the road, we were coated in bed bug bites. Staff should be ashamed of the state of this hotel.

Staff were not friendly, asked for first floor got fourth, fridge didn't work. The pool i could not relax in because the whole day was full of kids taking swimming lessons, kids jumping in the pool all around us . My son is handicapped not good for him at all. The breakfast is free but never did it say continental. I assumed it would be a full breakfast. Wont stay at a super 8 again

Unprofessional service
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. My inquiries and concerns were met with indifference and a lack of urgency. Receptionists are unfriendly and unprofessional. They did not tell us the time breakfast is served. The room is very dark, damaged, and damp. The bed sheet is very wrinkled, and the sofa is dirty and ripped. There are rarely any washroom amenities. The entire room is smelly. It is unacceptable to be treated with such disregard, especially when I am a paying customer. I expect better communication and a genuine effort to resolve my issues. I hope to see significant improvements in the future.
