We stayed here for a soccer tournament with some of the team . Love the mini kitchen in the rooms and nice clean amenities. Sofa bed is a little old a springy! Kids didn’t mind. Had a nice pool and hot tub and a continental breakfast couldn’t ask for more.

This location should be the standard for all hotel stays. The room was large and spacious, came equipped with kitchen appliances and stocked utensils, bathroom was large with a walk-in shower, large living area separate from bed. Linen was clean, towels were pillow soft, staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast had all of the necessities. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable retreat. I would book again without hesitation. Price is well worth what you pay for. Parking is easy to access. Internet is fast. A short drive to local restaurants and Thermea Spa Village. All hotels should strive to be as hospitable as this location. Easily the best stay I have had in recent years.

Extremely uncomfortable couch so only place to sit was desk chair, toilet very low, I checked in with mobility aid and my room was miles from elevator, I would have thought person on desk would say here's a more convenient room. Small thing but toilet paper holder unsteady and paper kept falling on floor. Carpet in hall didn’t allow my walker or wheeled suitcase to ride smoothly along. It seemed everything that could go wrong did

Great reliable accomodation. Easy access to the 401 freeway...family friendly dining options across the street. Fun pool for the kids to access after a long car ride. Great location just east of Toronto that you can stay at -- Go Train station if you want to park and train to the city is just across the street.

Heating vents were bent, and made noise the entire night. Upon arrival about 2.00 we asked if they had any rooms ready, and got the response, check in is at 3.00. Nothing is clean yet... . Not used to this treatment. I am starting to wonder if it is because we book through hotels.com. rooms always seem to be the very furthest from reception. I love the services through hotels.com, but this hotel will be off my list.
