Friendly staff, however when requesting a later checkout of an hour, there was uncertainty. As well, arrived 15 minutes early for check in and was asked to wait. Somewhat inconvenient when coming from out of town

A comfortable stay at the Quality Inn
Overall, the stay was great. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. My only feedback would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast. Maybe breakfast potatoes and a waffle iron. Otherwise, it was a nice and comfortable stay. Oh, one more bit of advice. You may want to check the remote control batteries in the room. My room's bedroom remote did not work - I assume it was the remote control batteries. I have to return next year and would have stayed at your location again but there is a request to stay at a hotel with a swimming pool so I may have to choose another place to stay. Thanks

Our room wasn’t clean, beds were clean and neatly made but the floors and bathroom was dirty Called. Front desk they switched us to another room which was clean. housekeeping manager came to our room personally to apologize which made the stay much more comfortables Overall I give it. 7/10 Staff was very friendly which always makes the stay better
