Convenient and good value for money!

The best part about this hotel is its location - Shin Osaka Subway/ City Metro Station is right opposite, with a Family Mart within a minute's walk, and JR Shin Osaka Station is about five minutes' walk away. The rooms are small, but they're clean and sufficient if you're looking only for a clean and comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city.

Great stay in convenient location

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station. It was perfect for a short stay, although the rooms are a little small by western standards.

The staff was great, located near the station, and post office. Very easy to get around and a great home base for western Japan. For help for those have not been in the area, from Shinkansen, follow the sign to Midosuji lines. you would be using exit 6 to get closest to the hotel

Had a hard time looking for it when I reached Shin Osaka. After the figuring it out, it is actually very near if you know which exit to go to. Good facilities & services for solo traveller.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to Shin-Osaka train station, and the metro station was even closer. There is a Family Mart convenience store just around the corner, as well as a restaurant at the corner of the building. The hotel was in a safe area, and I did not feel unsafe at all walking from the train/metro station to the hotel at night. I love that there is a water station on each floor. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There is also a laundry room (2 machines, each machine is a combo washer dryer), but the dryer part of it wasn't as great as a standalone dryer machine would have been. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
