Convenient location / very clean / good breakfast/ nice sized rooms. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable but other than that a good no frills hotel.

Great hotel, the station is just in front of the building. Restaurants and stores are 5 min from there. Free breakfast buffet. I highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and clean. They didn't clean it every day and just changed new towels outside the door, so I didn't have to worry about leaving in the morning and was able to use the room comfortably.

The property is very well kept. Even the lobby is shiny and pristine. The cafeteria is big and always able to accommodate guests for breakfast. The technology is great. You can see on the TV the status of the laundry machines as well as how busy or crowded the cafeteria is. The breakfast was great as well. Check in and out were easy. The only thing that was weird was the position of the bed and tv. The bed was literally under the tv so it was a little hard to watch, but it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay here again the next time I’m in Osaka.

The hotel was crowded. Had to wait for the elevators. Free breakfast was pretty bad. My room wasn't clean. I saw other customer's hair in the bathroom. The location was convenient.
