Kitahama station is right next to the hotel entrance, this is a business/finance district area, very easy access to places like the Osaka Aquarium, Universal Studio, Kuromon Market, Glico Sign in Dotonburi. We had breakfast daily at the hotel and great selection of hot and cold items. Free coffee available during the stay.

Located within the same building where kitahama station is directly below makes it super convenient for travelling. Yodoyabashi station is about a 5mins walk away that is a direct line towards Umeda. There is also family mart in the same building to get snacks/drinks. Dotonbori is about a 15-20min walk away. Making this place very convenient. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Came back to tidy rooms each night and toilet was spotless with warm seats. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting osaka! Thank you!

The place is nice and convinient but very tiny for a family of four the atmosphere and the clientele seemed targeted towards singles, couples and group travelling and stay not really family friendly.

Hotel was really nice, staff was great with outstanding service. Breakfast buffet was very good and if you do smoke they do have smoking room in the hotel. Train ride was right next to hotel. They also provided to all guest shaving razor, ladies night mask, lotions, and shower caps everyday.

Hotel is right next to Kitihama station so super convenient. They also give you amenities like skincare, hair brush, PJs and slippers. There’s a gym but I didn’t use. There’s also a lounge and a restaurant next to the check in area.

Kitahama station was mere steps away from the front entrance and there is a Family Mart next door. Upon check in, you are given a coin to use for a free drink at the mini bar (wine, sangria, juice). Also there is a coffee bar! Free 99! Overall, I enjoyed my short stay there and will definitely come back for my next stay in Osaka.

Hotel right above a metro station!
Amazing hotel in Osaka. It is located above a metro station so getting around was extremely easy. The hotel itself felt luxurious. The bathrooms in the rooms were huge and looked modern. The room we had was long but i think had enough space for luggage. The blackout curtains were crazy, legit 100% light blocking. i will say having only 3 laundry machines for the whole building wasn’t enough. It was very hard to find time to do laundry and there be a machine open.
