They make you do self check out and check in even though there is staff available. After a long day of traveling it’s just another hassle. Toiletries are not provided in the room & neither is water. Instead you have to get them at the front desk. Mildly annoying since you don’t find this out till after you’ve check in and go into the room. The elevator always stops at the reception desk even when it’s not requested and no one else is trying to get on.

The station is rifht under the hotel which made getting around much easier. The other stations were just a short walk away.

This property was extremely good. The service made my rating a 9. Due to last minutes changes in my schedule, I reserved a week with 3 separate bookings. i was asked to check out with my luggage and check back in later 3 times. Despite this inconveniwnce, the hotel was great. This hotel had: excellent spacious showers for tall people with good water pressure: delicious coffee in the lobby: comfortable pajamas, clean and large rooms and superior room service. They even had a gym and were in an upscale location. l

Overall everything was easy to get to and a family mart right downstairs. You may need to use applications such as DEEPL. A/C is a bit slow but does get really cold.
