excellent service, location, surprisingly large and comfortable rooms. Only downside was smell of smell of smoke in the first room we stayed in. Second room was better. It’s a nonsmoking hotel now but smell lingers in some places. The staff and service couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful.

Pro is its directly above Namba station. If you have an early flight from KIX, this is the place to stay for 1 night. Other than that: this a (expensive) japanese business hotel, not luxury 5 star. Rooms are tiny, bathroom reminded me of an RV. King bed feels like a futon and for some reason power charging is really slow. This was final stay during 4 week vac to Osaka, Yokohama, Bangkok and Phuket. See my 5 star reviews of hotels my wife and I stayed in those places. Swissotel was guge disappointment.

Centrally located, business like hotel
Chose this hotel because of its location. Very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Room was clean and quiet. All that you expect from an international hotel chain property. Swimming pool and spa areas are a bit outdated and could use some renovation touches.
