The coffee machine was awesome. Also, executive lounge was the best. I didn’t expect I could use the executive lounge and that room, and it made my trip so wonderful. I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends and hopefully come back.

During our stay at this hotel, we had a generally positive experience with a few notable highlights and a significant drawback. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests we had, especially the luggage courier service. Their professionalism and warm hospitality greatly enhanced our stay. One of the standout features was the breakfast, offering a variety of delicious options to choose from. The best part was enjoying breakfast with a stunning view of Osaka. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, particularly regarding the pullout beds. The bedding on these beds was dirty, which was quite disappointing. (They did bring clean bedding to remedy this situation.) Overall, a good stay with room for improvement in cleanliness.

Great hotel stay in Osaka
Very comforting stay in Osaka. Housekeeping was very great. I love that the elevators are quick and restaurants are located in the hotel and as well as a fitness room and spa. We used those amenities as well. Hotel is very well Connected to the shopping malls and train station. Very easy to get around once you figure out where to go.

The staff in the hotel are fantastic. The bar people on the 36th floor are great special thanks to Alex who welcomed us every night and chatted to us and knew what drinks we liked. Area near hotel is really lively great hub to travel from all over Osaka and beyond.
