I can only give this place 2 stars! While the staff are helpful, the rooms are in dire need of renovation and proper cleaning. Carpets and walls are stained, washroo ceiling corners are filled with mold and room-service cleaning wasn’t that good. The good is that check-in and check-out process are smooth and hotel location is close to everything. Next time I would book somehwere further though.

There are better hotels in this area. Wouldn't stay there again. This was most expensive stay but had no value. The room was really small one. The same for bathroom. There is no space for suitcase. No view. The lobby does not have seating area. No bottle of water or welcome drink. The breakfast starts late and had a long line. Not many options and the food was cold, even Miso soup. Nothing tasty, nothing to come back for again.

All round great service. Friendly staff and great room. The check in machine was a little off putting, but understandable with the volume of guests and the way technology is going. Breakfast was well worth including. My favourite breakfast on this trip! Close to stations and to the popular areas to visit, while being far enough away that you aren't going to bed in the middle of it all.

Great location, okay-sized rooms. The thermostat is very minimal though - it's just a knob that you turn to either cool or warm. No temperature setting. So it's often warmer than how we would want it on a hot September day. The walls are thin, so it's easy to hear everyone in the hallway. Amenities are good. Breakfast is okay.

Great location right next to Dotonbori and the subway lines for easy transport around Osaka. Room was clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. Would definitely book again next time I visit Osaka.

Location was amazing. The only complaint is the laundry service only had 3 machines and each load was tiny and not dried even after 2 hours. Also does not offer drinking water.

The best part of my stay in this hotel was the great customer service. Despite of the language barrier, they will go above and beyond to help especially when I needed to send my luggage’s back to Tokyo. Shout out to manager Sato for all your help.

Perfect location; almost across the street from Dotinbori. Metro subway was around the corner. My room was small, but good enough and definitely clean, for one night’s stay. Buffet breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel in the Dotonbori area. Close to transportation, food, and lots of shopping. The room I had was a bit small, I'd say suitable for 1 person. Other than that it was a great stay.

Dotonbori Adventure Spot
This hotel’s location for the night market can’t be beat! Perfectly situated to allow for a quick bedtime after exploring. The room was clean and the bed surprisingly large.
