The hotel was within walking distance to various train stations and the famous Doutonbori Street. They offer free amenities and pajamas. There’s also Yayoiken, a breakfast place, nearby which is so convenient.

The elevator closes quickly while people are exiting seen a few times a persom getting squished in between the doors. Room service didnt replace all towels and sanitary bags. Amenities were good just runs out fast

We experienced a power outage in our room, and the staff were helpful and quick to restore the power. The TV in the room was a bit outdated—it didn’t have Wi-Fi or English subtitles, so we ended up watching YouTube on our laptop instead. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was good 👍

Really close to Dotonbori and close to subway exit. Location is really good. Rooms are a bit small but expected in Japan, but very clean and staff are friendly. Food selection is limited in the area is you don’t want to pay marked up tourist pricing. Recommend to eat at Namba Walk area for better food selection and price.

The hotel is behind Dotonbori so you have many food options, you have the subway station around the corner. You do self check in and out. The breakfast was very wide and had a lot of options. I highly recommended here if you want to stay in Namba.

I honestly do not remember much of anything in Osaka as it was just a blur, oh yes, it was right across from the Dontoburi night market!!! This facility had endless supplies of amenities and i loved the shampoo and conditioner in the room it made my hair so soft and tameless! Staff is friendly but be forewarned do not i repeat do not use the laundry machines as it took over 2 hours to waah and dry and even after drying for 3 hours clothes remained damp! I had to hang dry majorly of clothes in the room. I had a cargo pant ans sweather which I ended up taking to the front desk and asked they dry it for me. Room is very tight and barely any space to get around. There is no area for habging out but in the lobby, but the lobby is very busy! This is a very lively and noisy area, but clean hotel rooms.
