Room had dust in some places and hair, a big no-no for me. Room is huge and had a great view so that was cool. Staff was very nice. It’s much better than any airport hotel that would be in my hometown. Walked down to the outlets and beach, which was an awesome experience. Probably nicer than the airport hotel that is closer to the airport.

Bathroom not sufficiently clean . Large support beam crossing the room so you had to be aware of it to duck when getting in and out of bed. Only restaurant open was a buffet that was more than what we were looking for. No place to just get coffee in am.

The photo from Agoda looks nicer than the actual one. The room size is large compared to a regular room in Japan, but the bathroom towels are incredibly old and dirty. We checked in for three people, and none of our towels were in good condition. They would be thrown away rather than put in the guest room. Too bad I did not take a photo because I did not want to touch it. I have to put it on the floor for cleaning instead.
