From check in to checkout absolutely amazing. Onsite Onsen and sauna were superb! The staff literally are probably the best staff at a hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Nose helped us check in and she was soooo friendly! Suzuki helped us store our luggage! I highly recommend this place! Oh, and breakfast, literally delectable!

Upper levels has great views but is hotel is next to subway track so it can be heard. Not an issue for me but annoys my husband. They do semi-cleaning daily but for new clean bedsheets and wash of cups you need to call front desk by 9 am day of. If you lose your room card, they charge you extra. The bath house is small and crowded but has amenities. Got 2 adjoining rooms for good online price so it was worth it. Just a block and half from Shin-Osaka station.

Loved my stay
This hotel is only 6 min walking distance from the Shin osaka station. The hotel is beautiful. We had the royal room type. I loved it. the toilet is away from the shower and tub. There tea in the room was high quality. Daily beverage service at the restaurant level. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. There is a relaxing bath house. Great for after a long day of walking. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location for Shin Osaka station
This is a great hotel for families, with communal dining and laundry plus free buffet breakfast. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Very convenient as an option for those wanting to stay in Osaka but take quick daily train to and from Kyoto for sightseeing.
