The staff here are extremely helpful and the location is amazing, lots of local shops, close to transport-and only 4 stops to Dontonbori.

すべて無人、ホテルにスタッフはいません。

ホテルスタッフには一切会いません、すべて無人で完結します。それがイイと感じるかイヤと感じるか… 手続きはすべてオンライン、事前チェックインでは日本人でも「身分証明書」を撮影アップロードしなくてはならず無茶苦茶手間でした。が、これをホテルに着いてからやると想像したら…事前チェックインは必須です。そのように苦労して事前チェックインするとしばらくして「部屋番号」と「パスワード(4桁の数字)」を記したメールが届きます。この部屋番号と4桁の数字で、キーボックスを開け、部屋の鍵を取り出して使います。チェックアウトは、部屋の鍵を返却ポストに戻すだけです。部屋は綺麗、清掃が行き届いていました。大きな道路に面しているので騒音を心配しましたが、ほとんど聞こえずまったく問題ありませんでした。自販機が屋外に2台あるだけです。ロビーに電子レンジはあるので、部屋の電気ポットとで、コンビニ飯でもいいかも… なお、「周辺飲食店・コンビニマップ」はないので、自分で探さなくてはなりません。最後にとにかくスタッフと連絡取りたくても取れない。電話しても留守電。何回かかけてセンターに通じましたが、日本語ネイティブではない方だったので苦労しました。サービスは“無い”(ゼロ)と考えていた方がいいです。自分でなんでもできる人じゃないと無理なんじゃ無いかな？
