It was a very pleasant stay. Everything i rate at 5 star except for that one time when we checked in at 10pm there was noone at the concierge to take our luggage and we had 5 big ones. But everything else was great. I would definitely come back

Absolutely fantastic hotel in Osaka
The Intercontinental is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and so booked the 2 bedroom residence. Everything - room, hotel amenities, comfort, cleanliness and service was absolutely amazing. The residence was spacious, comfortable and offered fantastic views. Breakfast was so good offering a wide array of food choices. All staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is connected to Ōsaka station via a walkway through the massive Grand Front Ōsaka shopping mall, which made travel connections incredibly easy either via JR or the Ōsaka Metro. Our stay was a true highlight of the trip.
