Very convenient. Central to train stations. Love the shopping mall (Links) nearby, just 3 minutes walk, which has every shops I want to visit in Japan (including UNIQLO, GU, Daiso, 3Coins etc.) Hotel provides various amenities in the lobby for you to choose, including facial cream, toner, toothbrush etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and neat. Definitely will stay here again for next time in Osaka. Not even a tiny complaint at all. Highly recommended!

Hotel is right across the street from the Osaka train station so it was really convenient and easy to find! Staff was super friendly, professional yet personable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends!!

Great location
Located in the heart of Osaka Umeda with only 3 min walk to Yodobashi Camera building which right above Umeda Metro station. Hotel front desk service was hit and miss when handling our concerns with daily cleaning as our coffee cups were left uncleaned in one of the day, apparently they don’t clean unfinished tea or coffee in the cup as they assume we are still going with them? So we returned to our room later that night with our tea and coffee as they were when we left in the morning. Coin laundry needs to show live status to avoid unnecessary trips, otherwise the hotel is well equipped with gym and vending machines and ice machines. Plenty of amenities available with regular refills. Will consider to return if they maintain their ratings and price range.

Great hotel. Very close to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Coin laundry was very handy. Didn't like the smoking rooms they had on every second floor.
