Really close to universal. 5 min walk, if that. Lots of nearby restaurants. Hotel had a shop, vending machines, restaurants and room service. Spacious rooms. Themed rooms available as well. Smooth check in and out.

I stayed only one night to visit Universal Studios for the day, and if I were to ever go back I'd stay at this hotel. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, staff is kind and was willing to help me as a foreigner get around, and it was super close to City Walk and the park. It has a laundry room inside the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good. It's buffet style. Also want to add the perk of having lockers in the hotel lobby to store your small luggage in while you're exploring the city after check in!

Great except for the roaches
The rooms were clean, and USJ was just a couple minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. But… we saw a giant cockroach on the coffee machine in the restaurant hosting the breakfast buffet - super gross! We decided against going back to the buffet and found breakfast elsewhere. If the roaches present in the daytime hours, imagine what it was like at night!
