The room was excellent because there were many hooks and hangers for towels and clothes. The shower was wonderful. My kids loved it. The buffet was amazing! I loved how close we were to universal studios and city walk. Well stay here again if i come back to japan.

We ended up walking long distance as we accidentally walked to Universal City Walk side. I wish there was a sign at a train station to point which way the hotel was. If you walk to the right direction, the hotel is located really close. The staffs, facilities and service ware perfect. I felt we were very welcomed. My daughter was a little disappointed to receive a Elmo card and stickers as she likes Minions. Even I don't understand why it was Elmo, I still feel it was nice to receive some gifts.

The room is great. The bathroom is the best, very spacious and they provided bath salt which is a nice touch. The only thing that can be improved is the wifi. The signal is weak inside the room so we have to go to the lobby area when we need to browse about USJ.

Hotel Universal Port Vita is a five minute walk to Universal Stuidos, Universal City Walk and the train station, which was super convenient. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and inviting. The room was large enough to fit our family of four. (2 parents, 2 teenagers). There is also a Lawsons connected to the hotel which we loved. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

It was perfect. Close to Universal Japan and within budget. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many options both Western and Japanese. Literally a 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the airport bus. I am so glad I chose this hotel.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean, the beds and bathroom were comfortable and the location was great- just a few minutes walk from Universal. HOWEVER- 2 huge cons!!! 1. The room DID NOT HAVE A CLOSET!!! or any other means for storing clothes or suitcases. And since we were 3 there was no available extra space in the room to lay them around 2. Their general ventilation system sucks - every afternoon the reception area wreaked of cut onions!!! The smell obviously had to do with the dining room located half a floor above the reception and was resolved within a few hours, but that was the aroma i was greeted wi when checking in. Honestly, if i hadnt had a prepaid reservation in not sure i would have stayed...
