The staff are patient, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff work hard too. Had a great stay, felt comfortable n supported. Sad that it’s closing in Feb 2025? The location is very good too.

The property was close to two train stations (Osaka and a smaller one), a mall and a lot of good eating places. For train enthusiasts, request a room facing the train tracks to watch trains go in and out of the stations. The rooms' sound proofing is good. Like most Japanese hotels, you might struggle with fitting big and multiple luggage in the room.

Property looks tired especially the lobby but overall is still a good hotel. Our experience was good although we only stayed for a night. Staff were all friendly and attentive.

Great hotel, especially for its price. Staff were very accommodating when we accidentally sent our luggage there a day early; they could all speak great English. Walking distance to 2 different train stations, Grand Front mall (which has every store you'd need), and convenience stores.The hotel itself is quiet but very close to some late-night eats and busy areas. Only downside is the laundry is a bit on the pricey side at the hotel and the nearest laundromat is a bit of a walk, so keep that in mind if you're planning on doing laundry.

You get what you pay for
Cheapest in the area for next-day trip, but I regret taking it. Old rooms, bad AC, and little soundproofing against the noisy trains next to the hotel.

Ok for price point
We caught the airport bus from KIX. Drop off at main hotel, short walk down the road to sister hotel. Staff helped us check in. The room was surprisingly small even though we were aware of the square footage. Both room and bathroom were outdated but clean. Bed and pillows weren't very comfy. There are no air con controls which was unfortunate cause we were baking in our room due to the whatever winter heat setting they apply. We had breakfast included - option to eat downstairs at the cafe or walk to main hotel for full buffet. The cafe option was a small selection of items from the buffet. We enjoyed staying in the Umeda area, lots of shopping and easy transport to other parts of Osaka or day trips to other areas.
