Comfortable, close to train station Osaka Castle
The room was small and packed with beds and furniture. There was hardly any room to move around. But it was complete, clean and comfortable. I liked that this hotel was really close to the train station and also to the Osaka Castle. The breakfast was also very good.

A very nice hotel, the room was small, but we didn't have any large luggages. Just our carry-ons and backpacks. It was perfect size for those smaller bags. Right next to the subway station so it was perfect for getting around. There's also a mall 5 minutes walk from the hotel with lots of food options and stores to browse during free time

Have to increase the power points and change the power point near the table to above table. We will have to bend low to insert the kettle plug. The full length mirror cannot be used if you open a luggage there.

Excellent location, very close to a train station as well as Osaka Castle. The room felt old and their breakfast definitely was less varied than what we had at other similar hotels in Japan.

There was not much information provided during checking-in. The hotel has self check-in but we checked in with the staff. We were not issued the breakfast tickets and had to return to the front desk the next morning. The room was extremely small compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Only one person at a time can walk around the room. There were only 2 outlets and there was no space for bags or anything. The hotel didn’t allowed food in the lobby. The room was too hot and we weren’t able to control our room temperature which was understandable but the hotel kept the room temperature too high. The dryer was not dry our clothes after many hours and yen. We ended up going to the laundromat and only spending 200 yen and 20 minutes. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaka Castle.
