The hotel is conveniently licated near the Osaka train station for JR trains, subways etc. It’s a huge hotel over a shopping mall which houses tens of very nice dining options. Hotel is automated for almost every aspect. It is no nonsense for amenities and supplies. The staff is very helpful. Especially Lee at front desk answered all our questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. We had a very nice stay. Higllhly recommend.

If this is your first time in Osaka, I would recommend this one. It’s across the street from the main Osaka Station, it has a bunch of dining options and the shopping center right in front.

Hotel was nice. The room was small but it wasn't expecting it to be big because it was a Japanese Hotel. The room was equipped well with amenities. The price was pretty good for what you get.

I like the room having a view and plenty of natural light. However, the hotel's not very sound proof as I can hear next door and when there's passerby in the hallway, I can hear what they're talking about. The buffet breakfast food items are the same everyday and there aren't too many choices unless you only eat salad. House keeping isn't doing a good job as the room isn't very clean.

Can a good hotel be too busy?
Stayed late October on floor 34. The location is perfect, the hotel very clean. Breakfast was excellent with great service The room was bit of a sqeeze, though modern with a good bath. This is a very big and very very busy hotel, so wait times at the lift and checkin - automated. The bag drop was excellent. The lobby is too small despite being big, so always very busy. Good attentive staff. Overall, an excelkent hotel but perhaps too big

Fantastic room, view and location
A fantastic view from the executive twin room looking out from floor 35. The room itself is also very spacious and clean. The only improvement that can be done is probably to have more laundry machine as 7 isn't enough to fulfill the needs of the entire hotel guests. The hotel is also located very conveniently on top of Yodobashi building, which provides access to the heart of umeda
