Execellent stay, overall! Located in a very quiet, safe and strategic location where many of the major tourist spots are situated (e.g. Dotonburi, Umeda, Koromon Market, subway stations)! Room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with well-maintained ameneties! Check-in and check-out was a breeze! Would definitely comeback again!

Dryer of the washing machine only can air dry the clothes, need to hang the clothes in the bathroom for drying functions. I was trying to figure out how to dry the clothes after washing. Luckily I stayed there for 2 nights, still can dry the clothes the next day after CS advised me.

Hotel room is very modern with a washing machine in the room (a bonus). Train station entrance just below hotel, can be accessed by lift behind hotel. They didn't send a code to access the lobby as confirmed. We had to an email whilst at the front door (instructions provided in English) for the code. Email with code came within 5-10 min

The room is comfortable and a good size for our family. The rate is reasonable too. Will be good if the instructions for some of the household appliances such as washing machine and heater can be in English.

Clean and spacious rooms. A bit of a walk to Dotonbori but there are plenty of konbinis around. Area is quiet and though communication with staff is via email, they are very quick to respond to guest concerns.

There’s only one lift in the whole estate, not consider a big lift too. Hence guest with luggage can only accommodate 3-4 at one go. The wait is hectic during the 10am check out time, could wait up to 2-4 rounds before u can get into the lift with your luggage. No doubts the apartment provides guest with what they are stated in the booking platform. But there’s definitely room for improvement. Eg: there’s a washer/dryer within your apartment, you are provided with 4 packs of laundry liquid to wash 2kg of clothing for each round, 8 hangers and a socks rack. A family of 3 will definitely use more than 8 hangers. Meaning you can wash but cannot wash all at one go, you can use dryer but after 3hrs of dry spinning the clothes still feel moist but you can’t hang all to air dry. A passcode is needed to enter the front entrance was not informed during check in nor from any emails after the booking is confirmed. Only till you found out you are trapped outside and can’t get it the front entrance. Made you read all information/ notice that’s placed outside the entrance and realised you have to email the hotel to get the passcode to enter. Have hotel ever consider the guest might not have a charged mobile with data on hand to email hotel and wait for the hotel to reply before they can get in? Or guest have to wait outside the entrance with no intercom to seek assistance and just wait until other guest might step out/ return to trigger the front entrance to open.

Acceptable for the price. Self check-in means you check in with a live operator remotely. Overall easy process, and property is as described. Walking distance to shops and restaurants around, but about 18-20 min to Dotonburi.
