First, you have to be extremely attentive when checking in with their provided system because there could be other travelers lurking behind you to peek into your check in info including the room number and the room key code. Make sure have someone shielding the screen because the credentials would just be displayed in plain text. Room was quite good with everything we need. A nice decent kitchen with stove and big fridge that actually can ice things. It also had a washer unit and a bathroom with a multifunction “thermostat” control so you can leverage for many things. The beds were big enough and can be aligned next to each other to form a bigger bed. But don’t expect the room to be spacious as it’s just an apartment. There was a AC dripping issue which went away after some time so no biggy. It’s close to the Sakuragawa station in one direction and JR Namba in the other, and with an extra 10-mins walk you could reach another railway system. Bunch of supermarkets around, one of them is 24hr. There is also a 7-11 around the corner next to the Sakuragawa station exit. Plenty of Luup scooters and bikes if you don’t want to walk.

Nice little apartment
Our arrival was a little hectic as we didn't received the information for the check in process. Other that that, the room was super clean. Very comfortable, the washer was a plus. There was food everywhere. Also, convenient stores Lawson and 711. The subway was a block away and it was 10 minutos Dontombori by subway. Will recommend this property for a family. Great location.

Read below for Pro-Tips. We had a great stay at Hotel Abitare Osaka. As a family of four we shared a twin apartment and although it was cozy, it had all that we needed. The apartment was very clean, the check in process was quick, and the room had all the needed ammenities. Tips: -Exit hotel, turn left then immediately left again. Passageway between building and under building leads straight to subway. -When exiting the subway, make sure to exit station at Namba (West) end. -Trains are a great way to get around. Ticket machine is intimidating first time but after that is a breeze. -Best and most affordable restaurants are a few blocks away from Dotonbori. The Italian restaurant around the corner from the hotel is very good.

I choose this hotel based on the reviews when I was looking for somewhere next to Dotomburi. And this place was lovely. The room was spacious for 4 people with even a dining table and a small kitchen. Pros: - clean - kitchen and dining area available - 10 min walk to Dotonbori - subway station just off 1 min away ( clear communication about the station and exit to take ) - less than 30 min to universal studio - the washing machine as there are no housekeeping during your stay even if it’s for 4-5 days. - the manga wall in the lobby but cannot be borrow and anyway all the books are in Japanese Cons: - didn’t read properly the add description but no receptionist available so cannot forward luggage from Tokyo to Osaka ( hard for a family of four with 2 young kids to travel on the Shinkansen with 3 big luggage) - the room we got assigned finished by **2 and was next to a really noisy family in room **1 who had only one kid ( who was most likely 11 or 12 years old) but he would bang on the wall, jumped or just scream out of nowhere until 3 Am and our 2 last night in the room was a nightmare and we couldn’t t find a way to contact the reception. - add to this that our room was just in front of the lift, the feng shui was not the best. So our sleep was really affected especially after long days of exploring the city. Overall, I would really recommend the hotel for it’s location. We did enjoy our stay but we were totally exhausted by the end due to the noisy kid next door.

What a surprisingly wonderful place to stay! Its close to literally everything! Sakuragawa station is practically next door. Dontonbori and all that craziness is just a 10 minute walk. Amenities were awesome! The room had a furo bath and a washer!

very accessible to namba station. can go to dotonbori anytime you want. during our stay weve been to dotonbori 3x though the 2nd and3rd isnt part of the itinerary but since it’s so close you can ride a train (1 stop) and youre already there. also, there’s an underground shopping at namba station which i really love. our stay is very close to it that made it possible to go to nijigen no mori since it is located in awaji island and getting there is kinda complicated who is still kind of confused ib getting there

Great stay at the hotel. Excellent.
I booked two rooms over a four nights stay. The rooms were excellent to all our satisfaction. However, we wish that they were equipped with television as we had children in the room.
