今まで利用したホテルの中で一番対応が悪く、部屋も汚かったです。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもなく驚きました。すごく気分が悪かったです。二度と利用しません。

全く寝れない
最上階10階に泊まりましたが、壁の裏でカンカン大きな音がずっとしており全く寝れませんでした。看板？か何か金属物が風でずーっと当たっておりひどかった。今後、改善なければ泊まりません。
