Great location. Right in the middle of a street full of restaurants and stores. Walkable distance to Namba station. It doesn't have a main floor, so need a little attention to find the entrance. But overall, the check-in process is smooth. One of the drawbacks is their paid breakfast has very limited options. It would be better to go to Black Door market to look for something more interesting. Too bad that we were short of time. Another thing I don't like is their room very small. But I guess that is normal in Japan. Overall a good experience.

This hotel is right on Dotonburi. It is very convenient for exploring the area knowing that you do not need to take the metro. It is quiet at nigh. Has a breakfast buffet available in the mornings. The room is bigger than average for Osaka.

Great hotel in the middle of dotonburi. Made walking around at night convenient being so close. Room was spacious compared to others in the same price range, and amenities offered at the front desk were great. Buffet breakfast was great quality and had many choices for everyone.

Great location
Excellent location close to all the action. Plenty of street food vendors and restaurants throughout the area and hotel is 5-10 minute walk to rail station and metro. Rooms are not big however are functional and clean. Staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is right in the heart of Dotonburi. Breakfast buffet is worth the extra payment in package. Staff were friendly. It’s clean and great stay for the price.

It is in a good location but has no direct access for cars need to consider it if you have a lot of luggages. Also, no room service if you need anything like extra towels, pillows, etc. you have to pick it up from the lobby.

This by far is one the of best hotels. It’s in the middle of EVERYTHING and it’s still quiet. I loved my stay here with my family. I highly recommend it. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING! Every morning the food was great! I highly recommend this hotel. I cannot speak more highly of it! Great place.

It's right in the heart of Dotonbori...a crazy place in and of itself. The staff here is top notch going above and beyond when our daughter left her backpack in the Hiroshima train station. They called the Starbucks there who found it and shipped it back to the hotel in two days. This hotel was perfect...just a few minutes from Namba station.
