地図を見ながら歩いても、気づかないくらいひっそりとありました。隣が空き地で、潰れてしまったのかと、地図を2度見してしまいました（笑） 言い方は少し悪いですが、想像以上に汚い建物で、かつ都会の古民家なので、決して広いとも言えません。しかし、その独特の雰囲気は都会ではなかなか感じることのできない心地よいものでした。 料金が安いので、最低限のサービスしかありませんが、商店街にはいろんなお店があって困ることはありません。

他県からライブ出演の打ち上げの宿泊用に利用しました。夜遅くのチェックインでしたが、チェックアウトが１１時とか、駅から近いのが最大の利点です。昭和民家風を現代的にオシャレ改装した設備も◎。近くにコンビにもあり、下着などの着替えやアメニティも調達できます。街全体にこだわりの飲食店が多いので、宿泊地を起点とした楽しみ方も自由自在。二階にあがる階段が狭く急な点が唯一の不満ですが、手すり対策もほどこされており、最大限のホスピタリティを感じました。コスパ◎。

Clean and comfortable stay by this cheap price
The location is nice: close to subway station and Umeda. Around the guesthouse, there are lots of stands, stores and restaurant. The master of the guesthouse is also very kind and friendly. If you carry towels and toothbrush for yourself, there is no incovenience staying there. There is no sex seperation in the toilet and shower room but it keeps really clean. I will stay again in this guesthouse if I travel Osaka again.

The toilets and bathrooms are not totally indoor and therefore there were so many flies. The bed size is not acceptable because of the it only has the space for sleeping but no place for any personal belongings. The blanket and the pillow are not comfortable and itchy.

추천합니다!
침구가 푹신해서 좋고 청결하게 유지되어 좋았지만 방음이 잘 안 됨. 1층에서 하는 얘기가 2층 숙소에서 대강 들릴 정도. 사람들 지나다니는 발소리가 크게 들리고, 창문을 닫고 자지 않으면 바깥 소음도 무시 못하게 크다. 그래도 가격이 저렴하고 청결하며 직원들의 서비스가 좋음. 비오는 날엔 우산도 공짜로 빌려준다. 숙소가 텐진바시스지 시장에 위치해 있어 시장 구경 + 드럭스토어 쇼핑을 저렴한 가격에 원없이 함. 난바 쪽에서 잤으면 오히려 더 시끄러워서 별로였을 듯...?

安いので、お金を掛けたくない、基本的にあまり客室に長くいない場合は最適です。
女性用客室は6～8畳程の部屋に2段ベッドが2つ、店員さんの対応は気さくで親切で良かったです。掃除等があまり行き届いていない感は否めませんが料金が安かったので概ね満足です。
