Beautiful views (my room was river side) and excellent service and amenities. On property breakfast option was great - we went between 7 and 7:30 and didnt find it too crowded. Easy walk to train station. Bit further out from dotonbori area but this meant it was nice and quiet with the exception of being able to hear the trains.

I was greeted by the friendly staff downstairs and sent to the elevator to be received by the reception desk located on the sixth floor. Check in was quick! The room was nice and clean. I’ll have to remember to reserve the Osaka Castle view on my next visit. I had the breakfast buffet which was an excellent! Hope to comeback soon in the near future.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful! The rooms were spacious and clean. The bar staff were very accomodating and friendly. We had a great experience staying at the Double Tree Hotel!

It’s a wonderful beautiful hotel perfect in everything except that the staff have no knowledge of the city and they don’t offer any tours to see the surrounding places both in Osaka and Kyoto.

Very very nice! The staff were super friendly, and helped us after our airlone caised is to check in a day late. The room was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was top notch and it was a very wasy walk to Osaka Castle! I would definitely stay here again!

In the room, we could hear the sound from other rooms a bit but expect for that, pretty much satisfied. The room is big enough and super clean even with a tub! Water bottle is not served n it’s a bit troublesome. But eco friendly so guess it’s ok

The beautiful view of Osaka Castle from our room, also whilst dining from the delicious breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet. The rooms were like brand-new, everything was immaculate including the facilities. Staff were helpful.
