We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Rooms were spacious, clean and well utilized room. We stayed 3 nights and had to change room after 2nd night due to late reservation on our part. The basic room was actually better than the premium room. It didn’t have a nice view but we didn’t hear the trains. The premium view had a great view but we could hear the trains. If you are sensitive to noise I would request a room not facing the subways side. There is no laundry in this hotel. Hotel is in a very convenient location. Its closed to many shops, restaurants and convenience stores and subways. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Would recommend booking. You will not regret it.
Everything looks just like the pictures !! Restaurants, fast food places and shopping area are all close by walking distance. Their breakfast has a lot of variety and the taste of the food is 10/10 . Lawson is about 3-5 minutes away. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We had a city view and it looked great in the day and night time.

Be aware it is a bit of the walk to the subway station (15 minutes). It can be harsh during the summer with the extreme heat. Popular tourist spots are also about 20 minutes walking distance. Otherwise, this is a pretty good location if you don't mind for the walk.

Outstanding hotel for the money! The rooms are very luxurious. Beds are comfortable, Lots of amenities in the room. Depending where your room is, awesome view. Great deck on top! Lots of shopping, restaurants and more. I highly recommend if you like the price.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I have no regrets. Great location, excellent service, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in Osaka. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.
