This is an absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of Osaka. Should be rated 5 star in my opinion. The room was perfect and I’ve never seen such accommodating staff in my life

Great stay in Osaka at this brand new hotel
Had a lovely time at the Canopy. Thought the walk from Umeda station was very simple and it was great to be in a building with plenty of restaurants, stores, and coffee shop. The room was large and clean with a nice city view and elegant design. Breakfast was a treat with a good variety of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to return and stay at this property again!

Lovely place. People were friendly and accommodating. Check in was slightly delayed, and they offered complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting. Room was large and cozy with a beautiful view. Lots of amenities. Will definitely book here again for my next visit.

9月のオープンで、綺麗でした。スタッフも感じがよかったです。 出歩かなかったのでわからないですが、近くで食事できるところありました。 入ってエントランス反対側にローソンがあるのが見えたので、寄りました。 閉店になるので、早めの買い物を 空港行きのバスに乗るのにも便利だと思います。徒歩10分以内です

16時に到着したらチェックインが込んでいて30分待ってくれとの事、30分後に呼びに来てくれるとの話でロビー隣接のバーのような所でドリンクを頂き待機。60分待っても呼ばれないので、こちらから連絡。忙しいのは分かるがこれで第一印象がかなり悪くなった。あとホテル周辺の宿泊者をフロントに到着させるまでの案内表示も分かりづらい。メンバー登録すればWi-Fiは無料になるとの事だったが、今時登録しなくてもWi-Fiなんか無料でしょ。チェックアウトでWi-Fi利用代1100円とられた。代金が欲しいならこんな1100円は宿泊費に上乗せしとけば良くない?チェックアウト時の支払いやりとり自体が無駄な時間に思える。
