This was exactly what we're looking for. A nice room with a private bathroom and separate beds for my son and i. We also had a microwave, refrigerator, and induction cookware with plenty of dishes and even a rice cooker. The facility is obviously older so it's nothing fancy, but an excellent place for a longer-term stay. It's just a few minutes from the nearest metro station and there are many dining options all around. If that's not enough there's a lovely park with a walking trail just down the street.

The room felt dirty and cluttered with little room in general. Mood in shower. The check-in process was not smooth at all and originally staff were telling us they couldn’t find our reservation. Staff also refused to call us a taxi when leaving hotel.

Staff is bilingual in Japanese, and English. Property is clean and spacious, with plenty of restaurant's and convenience stores close by. There is stairwell that leads to a train station, right outside the front door. Very convenient.

My only thing was the ledge to get out of the bathroom was a bit…high…which made me nervous but other than that I have no complaints! Trains and bus were directly in front. Osaka is a 10/10!!

Tiny but convenient
Tiny room with an uneven mattress . The view was outstanding from the 28th floor. Close the a 7 eleven and a variety of food and beverage locations just at few steps away. Subway is literally 10 seconds from the hôtel entrance.
