We were pleasantly surprised with this property. Easy to get to, check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Parking at our building was minimal but we lucked out to find a spot. Building was beautiful, room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We will definitely be staying again.

Hotel Ursa is a cozy, nice and beautiful place of stay! Visited during Fall Colors (October 2nd week) and it’s perfect if you would like to go to Acadia It’s right inside University of Maine. Very clean, well maintained and helpful staff! One downside is the lack of food options at the Hotel and around the area. But the ups outweigh this downside :)

Hotel Ursa is on the property of the University of Maine. Beautiful area, convenient for going to the hockey rink. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Thanks for a great stay.

Campus hotel life!
I failed to realize this hotel was on the college campus so when Maps was taking me there, which the app was taking me to the wrong building, I was a bit freaked out. The lady at check-in was super helpful. The building we stayed in is next to the building that houses check-in, the fitness room (super nice), and the market. Make sure you have your license plate number upon check-in. When you use the fitness facility don't don't be loud on the floor. Maybe after a certain hour that's fine. Mine was before six so... Overall they are cool remodeled buildings.

You are right on The University of Maine campus but it was very quiet. Buildings have been completely remodeled and were very nice.
