Great rental!
This rental was perfect for my trip. I had stayed in this building before, but this was my first stay in this unit. I love being so close to the beach and it was never crowded. The owner reached out before my stay as well as a few times during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place & location
Great place, close to the beach and minutes from Ormond or Daytona. Great communication with owner. Everything you need is there and it all works perfectly. Definitely will look to book again for bike week in 2024.

Not as good as last year, but still worth visiting
We have stayed at this property before. Last year the condo was cleaner....for example there are dusty cobwebs on the walls in the master bedroom, things are dusty, the dishwasher does not work properly getting dishes dirtier rather than cleaner, there were no wash cloths in the master bath, the adjustment on the sleep number bed did not seem to work. However the location, and the condo in general is worth renting. We visit family in the area and this location and the amenities work for us. I think whoever is responsible for cleaning and maintenance is just not doing a thorough job.

Great Rental, very nice/clean
I highly recommend this rental. And I am very thankful for the property owner/manager for contacting us for check in information as VRBO had zero contact with us after the booking. Nonetheless, the place was clean and in a very good location. All amenities were provided for a nice stay for the week.

This condo checked off every item on our list. . It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable. The arrangement of furniture allowed for the best use of the area. The condo was quiet and relaxing. …neighbors were friendly. The pool and beach access were important for our stay. Being able to enjoy the sunrise as well as the moon over the ocean from the balcony was important to me. Having a washer/dryer was a must for us. I would recommend this condo for a quiet get-a-way.

Great condo, peaceful get away
Great condo in a peaceful area of the beach. Access to beach very easy, just across the street. The road was busy at times with traffic but easy to cross. Beach was never crowded, great environment to relax and unwind. All people in the building very helpful and friendly. Minutes from Daytona to go enjoy attractions. Our family of 6 were very comfortable, felt right at home!

Condo was located in a great location. Short drive to many great restaurants and the Boardwalk at Daytona Beach. Staff was very nice. Beach access was great and beach was clean. Beautiful ocean view! Nice condo! It was roomy, clean, everything was in good working order and there were clear instructions for everything in the condo in a nice binder! Parking space was directly across from elevator and unit is very close to elevator. Nice area! Really enjoyed our stay.

The whole condo is very nice and family friendly. Beach access is directly across the street, very close for Ormond by the Sea. So many delicious restaurants within 20 minutes. Great vacation.
