Perfekt
Wir waren für zwei Übernachtungen in dem Appartement. Die Lage war für uns super, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Sehr gute Location in der Nähe des Zentrums von Orleans
Wir können diese Location sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, rund 10 - 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Auf unsere Fragen erhielten wir sehr rasch eine Antwort. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Bijna perfect appartement
Zeer functioneel en mooi ingericht appartement op loopstand van het centrum van Orleans. En ondanks het station en hoogstedelijke omgeving verrassend stil. En alles in overvloed aanwezig. Meer dan je zou verwachten van een appartement in een flatgebouw. En toch maar 3 sterren! Zoals meerdere gasten voor ons al in 2023 en 2024 hadden gemeld in hun reviews op VRBO en AirB&B waren stoel en bank oud en volledig versleten en de belofte van de verhuurder in maart 2024 om deze binnen een maand te vervangen bleek hij in juli 2024 nog steeds niet waargemaakt te hebben. Heel jammer, want anders had ik zeker 5 sterren toegekend. Hopelijk worden bank en stoel nu wel snel vervangen, zodat dit appartement alleen nog maar vijf sterren krijgt, zoals deze eigenlijk verdient.

Spacieux lumineux
Localisation pratique près de la gare et du tram. Appartement spacieux avec lumière traversante. Deco soignée et agréable mais une partie du mobilier fragile est à remplacer. Vieille immeuble mais propre et calme. Parking juste devant avec places toujours dispo Correspondait à nos attentes d’un logement fonctionnel et bien situé. Le gérant est disponible et sympathique.
