*NEW FOR 2025, updated kitchen appliances* Perched upon the top of a hill across the street from Crystal Lake, this spacious rental embodies a relaxing getaway comfortably accommodating all in your party! Leave your beach bags and sandy shoes in the two car garage for a quick escape to one of the many areas pristine beaches. Utilize the outdoor shower for rinsing your salt crusted body after a fun filled day in the ocean or Cape Cod Bay. The back yard encompassing a lawn area and deck is ideal for a BBQ and yard games during bonding and memory making with your group! The main level of the home holds a bedroom with a queen bed, the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and game table, and the family room with 50" TV. The back deck is easily accessible from the family room and off the kitchen. (A dining table will be in the pictured room that currently only has an area rug and a few tables in it and is at the foot of the stairs) On the second floor you will find a large room with a king bed, a room with a queen, a room with twin day bed, and another with a set of twin bunk beds and a single twin bed (3 twin mattress total). Each bedroom has a window AC. There are two full bathrooms and ample closet space on this floor as well. Directly across the street form this home is a short private wooded path to a small beach/landing on Crystal lake. It's about 150 yards from the doorstep to the waters edge! This body of water is great for swimming or fishing and is even stocked by the state with trout! The convenient location of this home allows for access to downtown Orleans in moments while remining in a private and quiet space for tranquil relaxation. Dogs permitted with owner permission at a fee of $250 per dog per week. BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Great family vacation
This large home absorbed our multi-generational family, with plenty of space and privacy when needed, but also large dining table inside and out for family gatherings when we wanted to be together. We really enjoyed walking across the street to the private lake access for fishing and sunbathing and paddle boarding. Great house in a great location!
